Over time, as your marketing efforts grow, your Pardot database will become increasingly important and segmentation will become more important.
Each user has their own characteristics and preferences , so it is important to send relevant content and segment through lists. We can use lists to automate in Engagement Studio or to send list emails.
In Pardot we find different types of lists and it is important to keep in mind the usefulness of each one when using them.
Pardot Information List
Dynamic lists
Dynamic lists are automatically updated based on certain thailand telegram criteria that have been defined as inbound rules. When a user meets these criteria, they are automatically added to the list, and when they no longer meet these criteria, they are automatically removed. Therefore, they are updated in real time.
Static lists
When you create a static list, the members of the list will remain the same unless you add or remove leads to the list. Leads can be added to static lists using one of the following ways:
Manually.
When importing.
Automation rules.
Segmentation rules.
Through table actions.
Test list
These are lists used exclusively for email testing and are limited to 100 people.
This type of list allows us to group a number of people from the marketing team, so that we can send tests and review mass emails before sending them to subscribers.
Public lists or public list
These lists are available in the Pardot Email Preference Center and customers can opt in or out of them based on their needs.
The Email Preferences Center is a page where users subscribe or unsubscribe to public lists set up in Pardot. That is, they choose what they want to receive in their inbox.
