Using bot services in various situations and contexts, we can often draw similar conclusions. One of them is the ' insufficiently human ' image of the tool. Conversations are artificial, limited to the basic concepts for a given field. That is, the Tone of Voice is not properly matched to the interlocutor. Forced, as it were. The bot is drawn into the portfolio of marketing activities, as an essential element of digital transformation . Everyone has it, so we have to be up to date.

An idea as excellent as it is risky, if it is not backed by someone fully aware of the significance of all the elements that can decide about the bot 's success or absolute shame.
Apart from the technology, which we all know must be the layer thanks to which the bot will exist in the world of communication, the user interface (UI), which will make us willingly or perhaps and with curiosity initiate a conversation, an extremely important point on the checklist is content .
Of the available solutions, relatively few present an acceptable level of content quality. Is it the lack of imagination of the creators, the lack of technology, laziness, lack of cooperation with 'content people' and UX ?

Content BOT and UX
I think it's a bit of everything. However, while we can supplement technological weakness with creativity in simpler solutions, we can't replace content with anything. Storytelling is and bangladesh whatsapp data will remain for some time an element that allows a bot to exist and succeed. It can make a conversation with a bot interesting and, as a result, no different from a conversation with a human. Well-conducted storytelling will make the tool equipped with the ability to express emotions.
What makes SIRI so good? A team of professional writers who create content based on the standards of human conversation.

Why is Doctor Strange (for Skype) more interesting than others? Brilliant 'human' dialogues created by one of Hollywood's best screenwriters (Emmy Award winner, by the way).
But what if we don't have a writer friend who wants to try out the net in their free time? What if our financial possibilities may not be sufficient to hire a professional screenwriter?

I will do the content myself…
Well, the only thing left is practice. Let's write, write and write some more. Let's use as many bots as possible, which are currently abundant in social media . Let's discuss with friends on iMessage, Messenger, Slack, WhatsApp, Skype. Let's explore conversational possibilities by building experience, which we will use to create and profile our own solution.
Let's use available tools supporting the creation and testing of conversations. The examples available on Pullstring will allow you to successfully start your adventure on Slack, Skype, and Alex.
Let's test content, listen to users and optimize dialogues and scripts. The more, the better. Let's try to draw on the experiences of the greatest - FB, Twitter, Instagram .
Let's not forget that a bot, regardless of its design, should enable the user to achieve the intended goal during the conversation. Let's also not forget that the user will expect more and more with each interaction with the bot. This does not mean that we have to show off a volcano of creativity. Let's try, above all, to make the content useful.
