What does a good meta description look like?

Post by rUparaHmaN012 »

The meta description should be no more than 130-155 characters. More characters will usually not be displayed in search results. A good meta description should be engaging with a minimum amount of text, and should be concise, clear, and to the point. Aim for clean, understandable, and readable text.

It is action-packed.
It has already been said that the goal of the luxembourg phone number data meta description is to motivate the Internet user to visit the given page. It is not a simple description, but a motivational text that is supposed to "sell" the given page - to arouse the user's desire to view it. It should therefore also contain a Call to action, clearly stating what the user should do (click, visit the website).

The description should offer information, solutions, or benefits. It should define what the user will get when they come to the website. It should describe the benefits of the website.

It is relevant
The description must be relevant to the page being described and include adequate keywords (but not too many). If the description promises something to the user, it should deliver. If it entices the user to some content, the website must have that content.

The last thing a searcher wants is to return to the search results because the website did not meet their expectations. So make the description relevant. Otherwise, you risk not only user dissatisfaction, but also search engines. The latter may even penalize you for an irrelevant description.
