Nirvana has a well-designed interface that is easy to navigate and use. There are tooltips for almost every setting that give you more information about how everything works.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no indian email database documentation available on the theme. The official website only has a note saying that the developers are “currently hard at work building new theme documentation.”
There is an FAQ that answers some common questions about theme setup and troubleshooting.
Community support is available on the WordPress.org support forums, though many threads go unanswered. If you want priority support from the developers, you can sign up for premium support for 1 year. They promise to respond to your requests within 24 hours, and usually within 1-4 hours during regular business hours.
Purchasing Priority Support will also include removal of the credit link in the footer.
If you remove the credit link from the footer on your own, rather than paying for it, they will not provide you with any support.
