Design Thinking
Known for being widely used in large corporations, such as Apple and Nike, Design Thinking is more of an approach than a methodology in itself. There is no standard formula for using it.
The purpose is to provide solutions, mainly thinking about the customer, whether internal or external, through human interaction and multidisciplinarity.
It is divided into four stages:
a. Immersion: when the problem to be solved is raised and understood.
b. Analysis and synthesis: with the materials and thoughts raised previously, identifiable patterns are created to understand the problem.
c. Ideation: based on the client's needs and perception of value, and not just statistics, real possibilities for solutions are conceived.
d. Prototyping: testing, testing and testing. Here, the application of what was raised in the previous processes is made and the conclusion is made, whether it worked or not.
Mind Map

This method is widely used in the Information Technology area, especially in product development processes (software). By always seeking the leanest scenario, Lean advocates the prevention of wasting time, company resources and also labor.

TRIZ
TRIZ is the acronym for the Russian words that in Portuguese mean Theory of Inventive Problem Solving.
Even though it was created in the context of engineering in the 1940s, the TRIZ methodology aimed to develop an effective method for inventing. Its author is a Russian naval engineer, who encompassed inventions and tried to identify patterns in patents, within 40 inventive principles.
